Please read the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, registering for any camps or programs, or subscribing to our newsletter. 1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Our programs and services are intended for individuals aged 16 and over. If you are under the age of 16, you must have parental or legal guardian consent before registering or providing any personal information.

We reserve the right to verify age or consent at any time. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising and approving their child’s involvement with our programs and platforms.

2. Program Registration

Registering for a camp, mentorship, or event does not guarantee participation. All applications are subject to review based on capacity, age group, program availability, and eligibility criteria.

You will receive an email from our team once we review your registration. Confirmations are sent out on a rolling basis. Please do not make travel arrangements until your participation is officially confirmed in writing by our team.

4. Content & Media Consent

By attending a More Than Camps or Mentorship of Champs event, you or your guardian grant permission for photographs, video, or written testimonials to be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes unless otherwise stated in writing before the event begins.

If you wish to opt out of media usage, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

5. Program Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to make changes to programs, dates, locations, or staff as needed. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will contact registered participants as soon as possible with alternative options or next steps.

More Than Camps is not responsible for travel costs incurred due to scheduling changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in any physical activity carries inherent risk. By registering, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with training, travel, and associated activities.

More Than Camps, Mentorship of Champs, and our partners are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during your participation.

7. User Data & Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal data collected through forms, registrations, or newsletter sign-ups is stored securely and used only for the intended purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, frameworks, and materials shared through our programs and website are the intellectual property of More Than Camps and Mentorship of Champs. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
